Tom started at Computer 2000/Tech Data in the mid-90's and held several international distribution leadership roles before joining Microsoft. He was part of Microsoft's Belux leadership team and moved on to a global role in Microsoft Corp in Seattle, WA. Tom left Microsoft in 2014 to start Kinitro, specializing in strategic & commercial consulting services and leadership coaching. A passionate speaker and panelist, you can hear him talk about people & transformation, or find him supporting young entrepreneurs with international ambitions.
